Redoing 3D text graphics

Yesterday I spent over 6 hours redoing the 3D text and putting it into all of the compositions. I then rendered all of the shots out ready to go back into the edit. I will do the edit today and then put the whole sequence back into After Effects for the very final effects, the camera flashes.
